First you need to put your wanted destination into the ‘attraction satnav’. You need to decide where you want to go next and what you want to experience. Then input it clearly. So write it down to get clear on it. But write it in the present tense as if you already have it. If you put it in the future tense, it will stay in the future.
However, DON’T SAY DON’T. People often have a clearer idea of what they don’t want, rather than what they DO want to experience. “I don’t want any more financial problems.” “I don’t want to feel anxious.” “I don’t want to feel sad about what I don’t have.” But the attraction satnav can’t process the word don’t. So it hears: “I want more financial problems.” “I want to feel anxious.” “I want to feel sad.” So that’s what you get more of.
Therefore it’s important to use positive language as well as the present tense. “I am financially abundant.” “I feel calm and relaxed.” “I feel happy and content about what I have.” Remembering this is one of the key factors of the secrets of the Law of Attraction.

Or do something in that moment that makes you feel good. My favourite is to dance in the kitchen with the dog. Or to look at my list of funnies on my phone that always make me laugh. Do things you enjoy often
Do more of what makes you come alive. Prioritise time to do hobbies that make you feel good. It might be listening to music, singing, dancing, running, knitting. Or talking to someone you love on the phone. Anything that makes YOU feel good. Choose for reasons of joy, not obligation.
Appreciate what you have
One of the most important secrets of the Law of Attraction is to appreciate all the good things you have in your life already, even the small things like a really comfy pair of slippers. Notice and value good things around you, the smell of a flower, the sun coming out from behind a cloud or the feeling of the rain. Relish and relive happy memories. It could be the memory of a lovely meal and really savour that piece of chocolate cake as if you’re tasting it in your mouth again.
Meditate to help you let go of stresses in life as they occur. To clear your mind and expand the connection to your Inner Being, your non-physical life force energy. Do regular exercise to release stress-related hormones such as adrenalin and cortisol from your body. You will produce instead feel-good hormones that will boost your mood and raise your ESP. Cardio exercise, such as running or cycling or anything that raises your heart rate and makes you a bit breathless, is particularly effective for this. It’s especially important to do it whenever you are feeling anxious and stressed to burn off the adrenalin that you are producing.
Take action in the direction of your dreams

Sometimes the petrol is good but the destination wavers. You may start to doubt you ‘deserve’ to have it, or doubt you’ll be able to attract it. So then your petrol is wasted by tripping off route. Then you may feel deflated because things aren’t happening. So the ESP dips. Therefore, even you firm up destination again and stop wavering, you’ll only arrive at the destination when the ESP has got positive again – ie sufficient petrol now in the tank.
