Tired? Stressed? Tense? Why not swap that for Peace, Calm & Contentment with a therapeutic Indian Head Massage
Are you stressed? anxious? exhausted? Do you have tension in your neck and shoulders or have trouble sleeping? A relaxing Indian Head Massage is the ideal solution for stress relief. It releases all that built-up tension from the physical, mental and emotional stresses of life and work, while also feeling wonderful. It’s a therapeutic technique which has been used for thousands of years. Derived from the Ayurvedic tradition, it is deep healing massage that focuses on the head, shoulders and neck. Since healing energy also flows whenever I work hands-on, you’re getting a healing massage. So it’s a powerful mix to help you recover your life balance and feel great.
It literally gets you ‘out of your head’, far away from everyday emotional and mental stress. This healing massage detoxifies the body by stimulating lymphatic drainage and boosting immunity. Furthermore, it increases feelings of peace, calm and wellbeing.
“I had the most amazing Indian Head healing massage with shoulders, back and face earlier. Christina is very empathic knowing exactly the right pressure to use but still checking that everything is comfortable as it progresses. The knots I had before in my neck and shoulders are gone. Afterwards I felt really relaxed but energised as well.” Linda Ferguson, Potton, Bedfordshire

What to Expect in your Indian Head Therapy healing massage
Firstly the massage works on the upper back and shoulders, applying pressure to points to dissolve knots, relax the muscles and release areas of tension. It then progresses to the neck and scalp, relaxing the entire head, encouraging circulation and stimulating hair growth, while releasing headache-causing blockages. An arm and hand massage follows, then a gentle neck and facial massage encourages good circulation and a glowing complexion and may relieve symptoms of sinusitis and headaches. The experience then goes on to focused healing on the head, face and shoulders.
A 45 minute session is £30. You can choose to have aromatherapy oils in your hair and on your body to enhance the experience further.
