Duration of sessions
Allow an hour or so in total for healing sessions. The healing part lasts around 40-45 minutes (30 mins for distance healing), plus guidance to help you deal with stress & anxiety or other issues as appropriate.
Allow an hour for each part of the Tonal Alignment (on consecutive days).
The duration of BLAST and OldPain2Go sessions can sometimes go beyond one hour, depending on the complexity of issues.
